Chutneys

Chutney is generally made with fruit, vinegar and sugar, giving it a sweet/sour taste. Try it with roasted meat or atop your favourite cheese and cracker combo. Adding a chutney layer to a grilled cheese sandwich gives it an extra zip of flavour.
