Pickled Garlic Scapes

What's a garlic scape, you ask? This flower of the garlic plant must be removed from the plant in order for the bulb to reach maturity for harvest time. The scape has a milder flavour and when pickled, is the perfect accompaniment to a sandwich or ploughman's lunch. SOLD OUT FOR NOW. Back in June/July.
